CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations under 24 hours are charged 75% of the service fee. You have a 10-minute grace period. The client will be charged and will be considered a no-show. Not confirming is not canceling. No-shows will automatically charged and be banned from booking in the future. NO EXCEPTIONS!! If you wish to rebook, a $35 un-ban charge must be paid. By booking you are agreeing to my policies and understanding that any failed payments will result in a ban from booking.
